Finger nails just no need for them just had a new supplier come into work very smartly dressed looked the part but with dirty fingernails looked like he had been gardening don't understand it.

Maybe he'd been gardening.
When you do hobbies that are dirty, sometimes you don't have perfectly clean fingernails. I don't remember the last time that mine didn't have dirt, dye or paint on them. |

I agree though, why go to the bother of dressing smartly and then forget to clean your nails  "
Sometimes they just don't get clean... I have to scrub mine raw with a nail brush to get them looking half clean. |

Gardening without gloves often gives me a better feel for growing conditions as well as the plants. We'd usually be able to clean ourselves up, unless we've been interrupted.
Do you think he'd been shagging in the woods and didn't have any wet wipes and a brush for his nails? |
