I have been thinking about becoming a shop owner, my idea is to open a good old fashion gentleman's emporium, selling male grooming product's, the kind of shop that James Bond himself would be happy to shop in.
What products or items would you like to see in there? |

"If you decide to open this shop please do let us all know and i do hope you succeed "
I'm definitely considering it, I like the idea, but its down to if there is a market for it, and finding the right location, and shop size, and setting it apart from other establishments, but hopefully that personal touch should be enough |

Get a barber to hire a chair in your shop and do proper shaves with a cut throat and burning nasal hair and such. There is a barbers up here that specialise in all that stuff and they do a roaring trade. You can even have a beer while you're there! |

"The Chap magazine...
I did have an idea for a gent's magazine once called menzone!
But the guys who bought it were very disappointed "
In all seriousness it might be worth inviting Gillette or Wilkinson Sword to offer product sponsorship if you go ahead with your intention to open a Gentleman's grooming emporium.... |

I saw one in a small town USA recently.
They had a great collection of hair gels and such. A glass cabinet if cigars.

Do your homework.
Carry out research on the local area.
No point opening a shop no one will buy from.
The danger of specialist shops. |
