Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Today, 19th October, is Evaluate Your Life Day. Apparently.

I apply the CARD method to quality and evaluations:

Consistent

Accessible

Recent

Dated

How does your Fab life rate?

Ooo, now I have to try and work out who you are. The Fab party at Jaydees was great, but I had it a few weeks after my actual birthday. I think you'd have lots of people there and you'll really throw yourself into your fabulous forties.

Put it off until Fight Procrastination Day (Sept) next year. You get the whole of Procrastination Week (March) to put it off too.

My life day looks the same mostly everyday as bodybuilding is the priority.

Was working 4hrs this morning. I go to the gym evey other day.

Eating every 2hrs

Studying spanish all day

Watching tv and relaxing mostly all day

Being on the fab forum

It might be a good thing to do.

Take a serious look and list all the good things. Be honest about when something has made you smile or feel happy. Then just read the list. It's all part of your life too.

How does the CARD thing work?"

Look at how consistent you are. Are there moments when you act or feel differently and in ways that fall below what you expect/want for yourself? What can you do to be more consistent?

Accessible is open to interpretation, depending on what you are looking for. Are you open to new things? Are you open with those around you or are you blocking people from getting into your life?

Recent is about keeping things in the present and up to date. It can be about what you are putting off doing and/or about dwelling on the past and not letting go.

Dated is about knowing when things have happened/need to happen. I use this one for my sexual health checks, amongst other things.

Lots of things:

Annoying, time-consuming, enlightening, joyous, surprising, stupid, squalid, outrageous, madness, beautiful, fun...

I dunno.

How succinct do you want me to be?
