Hey you. Was just about to reply on the other thread. We are good thanks apart from the fact I've been working away for the last 12 days. Back home tomorrow for 2 days then back in Manchester Saturday night for a week.

Just got a recipe for a cold remedy. As it's getting to that time of year thought i'd share the love. Xx

2 in root ginger grated

1 orange sliced

1 Lemon sliced

1 tbs turmeric

Honey to sweeten (depends how sweet you like it)

Mix in a jar, keep chilled

Add a couple of spoons into a glass add hot water and drink

Should stay infused in the fridge for 2 day by which time the cold will be gone anyway.

i cant take liquids, i throw up..i manage, but i hope other people take note and use it xx
