It wasn't a face pic according to the article it was a picture of her breasts. In complaining she actually gave far more information and was 'outed' even more!
It's awful to have that happen but it shows 2 things;
1, The disclaimers are absolute twaddle as many of us know
2, Know the law before you raise a complaint. The complainants from swingfields have a genuine grievance as they had a reason to expect privacy, this is a public forum and should be treated as such

True, my bad, I was reading between the lines with the bit about 'her friends and family recognised her' so assumed there was a face-pic involved somewhere, even if only on her profile. |

There are journalists in this site, some claim to be here for "swinging" but I am EXTREMELY wary of all journalists.
Had a couple of people tell me that there are individuals here with multiple profiles male and female who start threads or comment on them to cause tension and write blogs and articles about what goes on in the "world of swinging".
Started off by the 50 shades phenomenon and they have a blog apparently, under a different name they earn money from.
Obviously if this person was ever found out they would be banned and a lot of people they speak to have a lot to worry about (or maybe not as some don't mind folk knowing) but come on would they really admit it?
Hence we are very careful about personal info here  |

Newbies join the forums all the time. A couple of weeks ago a long time member said they didn't realise outsiders/ non-members could view profiles and read the forums. |

Take the view that anyone could be a journalist and until you actually meet/boff then nobody is above suspicion. Just be careful and keep your wits about you.
