Best gig is too tough to call...so many to choose from for so many reasons..but a few contenders:

Madness' comeback gig at Finsbury Park in 92

Muse at the Etihad in 2013 (or might have been 2014)

U2 at Don Valley Stadium in 2009 (I think)

The Beat at Hammersmith Palais in 1982

...and a few more besides

It was probably the best line up EVER"

Saw that in The Sun, so jealous, looked awesome. How'd that compare with festival ticket prices over here?

My last 3 gigs came within 7 days of each other.

We saw Kasabian at the King Power stadium then 5 days later we saw the Stereophonics at Nottingham then 2 days later Coldplay in Manchester. All brilliant. Seen them all many times before. Cant pic a fav.

I have a friend living at Laguna beach and he waited in the line for the early tickets, He got the full weekend tickets for $350 plus $99 for camping between 6 of us, I would have paid that to see each of the bands individually (apart from Bob Dillion who was the only American performer there and was absolutely pants).

You can try but I'm so short I get lost in crowds. Will need a set of baby reins to stop me getting separated from my mate hahaaa.

Nah, not quite.

The tickets were $350, we needed 6 of them, camping was $99 for all 6 of us, so about $370 each

plus flights to LA, Hire car, hotels for a two week trip including 4 nights in vegas, so yeah, about 12k

Couple of grand a head for a fortnight hol to the states doesn't sound extortionate.
