There's loads of cool pets around the uk. What cool/strange pets do people have?

We pretty much have a reptile and insect zoo that take up loads of our time. We love them all tho and we always laugh at what others must say about us. Gets you thinking about what other people must have

I have a very large garden spider that I've been feeding through the summer when the web has been empty.

Counts as a bit weird, right?

Not sure about insects - eek - but would love to have reptiles if we had the space to house them properly. Love bearded dragons, maybe even an iguana ... but am not sure even if you need a licence for one of those!

We just have cats .... which aren't particularly strange. Though we have had up to five at a time which tends to make other people think *you're* strange

If we ever got the big lottery win style house with 'grounds' I'd get peacocks too ...

As a kid I had rabbits, ferrets, goats, hamsters, guinea pigs, hens, geese, a dog, and several cats. Not all at the same time though. The strangest were the goats and a bantam cockerel called Paxo. He showed no interest whatsoever in his lady friends, but was particularly keen on the female pheasants that resided in the woods behind the house.
