Can one assume that intended fabber has blocked you ??

click on their profile and you will know if they have blocked you, otherwise they just haven't read it.

No. It means that haven't read it. Or they have and have marked it unread.

Delete all your sent emails.

That way you won't drive yourself nuts waiting for it to be read. If they reply awesome. If they don't then you won't be worrying about it sat there.
