"The only thing that ever worked for me was to not drink at all. So I stopped. No more hangovers.
Sorry, that was no help whatsoever OP "
I will tell my friend. They will not thank you Howie. |

"I'm asking for a friend, honestly.
So, what are your tried and tested hangover remedies?
"
Firstly, don't mix drinks, always a bad idea. And personally I find drinking straight spirits always cleaner.(vodka on the rock, twist of lemon). When I get in, tall glass of water, AND either big cup of green tea or warm water and lemon. Repeat in the morning first thing.Works a treat! Haven't been hungover using that method |

Effervescent multi Vitamin tablets dissolved in a pint of purified water.
A bowl of mixed fresh fruit and a workout, followed by a steam room or sauna (making sure to drink lots of water).
Always works for us, not that we drink often.

A small bottle of Coke. And to spend the day in bed. Maybe occassionally being sick, depending on the amount I'd d*unk.
Once I had kids I had to knock drinking on the head as hangovers and kids just don't mix. Now I might have the odd glass or something when they go to their dad but usually not. |

I Lucy, have been suffering all day. I've been sick, tried to sleep it off and still feel like I've been ran over by an extremely large lorry!!
Alcohol is not big or clever! I shall not be drinking again-ever!!

That sounds brilliant. And yes, I am not match fit with the drinking - it's all a bit of a shock to the system. Still, it was fun! |

Hair of the dog. Sorry. "

Something to eat at the end of the night. Paracetamol and a pint of water before bed. Then a morning cuppa with extra sugar. Then a fry up for breakfast. Then chill and watch crap on tv and chat and laugh about the nights antics |

Mr always saying nothing helps more than a shower and a blow job.
I think coffee with a bacon roll and some fresh air.
Failing that stay in bed and feel sorry fir myself! Especially if it's a red wine hangover like today |

You should definitely try the iron bru... Scotland's best ever hangover cure. Apart from more booze that is. Lol. |
