Just throwing it out there are private meets becoming a thing of the past and club and party meets are the way forward to socialising and meeting new people

We do both private meets and club meets. Thinking back on it, we've been having more club meets than private meets in the last year. However, we would never ask a single guy to meet us in a club - it tends to be couples we meet in clubs. But finding a single guy I'm into who is also into me has been next to impossible lately and so we haven't had private meets.
To extrapolate from our own situation and what I hear from others, many people who used to meet privately only meet in clubs now because of the number of no-shows. At least if they're in a club their night wasn't wasted.
Having said that, I think plenty of people still meet privately. I would hardly call it a thing of the past. |

Nah.
Never do club meets..or hardly ever anyhow. Far far too restrictive for my liking.

Same. I haven't a clue what you based your conclusion on, OP.....where's your evidence? There ain't none. It's just choices, some do, some don't, same as a lot of things. |

see I find private meets very stressful..and much more relaxed and less pressure at clubs.
we all prefer different things ... Personally I prefer club meets. |

Good question. Thanks. I do think party meets are generally best to actually meet people and also for others to decided whether they like you. Private meets are not to be sniffed at if you can get them, but if you are unknown or just starting out then club meets seen more realistic-? |

They both have advantages and disadvantages.
Private meets provide a meet with a pre arranged partner or group whilst a club meet often provides a wider group of potential partners.
A no show on a private meet means a lost occasion whereas a club provides a variety of partners in event of a no show.
We enjoy both

We by and large prefer clubs/parties these days, and the private meets are generally with regulars. However if we want to meet someone new for the purposes MMF threesomes we would meet for the first time in a pub. We would not arrange a first meet in a club/party, because we tend to do very public orgy stuff at parties or meet up with our friends, therefore would not want to focus on a new guy. However if they happen to be attending the same party as us then that's fine. We only play couples at parties, as we have no interest in meeting couples privately for foursomes or swaps.

We do both it depends on each couple, private meets are good but if neither couple can accommodate then clubs can be useful. Sometimes we go to clubs just for the chance to socialise.
All types of meets have there place in our fun. |

With one exception (which was with friends we'd previously met in a club) we've only ever met in clubs, and like the spontaneity of meeting people that allows. That said we wouldn't totally rule out meeting elsewhere if we'd previously met people socially and were confident that (a) they wouldn't be a no show and more importantly (b) that we wanted to play with them.
As others have said it all comes down to personal preference and circumstances though.

I think for clubs it's good from a social point of view because you meet like minded people and not saying you are guaranteed fun but the impact of being sexually intimate with someone I was say is much greater thanumber private meet. Private meets are good in comfort of your own home, and I'm not dismissing them completely. However like a person on here said before club meets seem to be less of a headache. |
