Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I'm watching the Jean Alexander tribute on ITV, covering her most famous role as Hilda Ogden. Her acting range in that one role was phenomenal.

For those who knock the soaps, it's worth watching to see acting versatility.

She was good, but she was no Danny Dyer.

She died in October! Her first appearance in Coronation Street was as a landlady in 1962 then reappeared as Hilda in 1964.
