I recently got a new laptop with windows 10. I like to play on a games site which I happily did on old laptop which was windows 7. The majority of the games site is fine, but the game would normally appear I just get a black screen. There is a chat bar to the left which I can access as usual. The help part of the site is saying there are no problems with my laptop. Any ideas anyone? If I take the laptop back to Currys will they help do you think? Their helpline were unable to. |

Ok, reinstall your drivers. Do you get a black screen at any other time or just when you're trying to play? |

Rather than drivers I feel it could be "add ins" for your browser... if some work and some don't.
If you are using 'edge' or 'chrome'. Try another browser like 'Firefox'. And see if you have the same results.
