Have an epic Halloween party to attend; everyone else appears to be pulling out all the stops. I'm thinking of painting jack o lanterns on my boobs and just smiling sweetly.

Just been talking about trick or treating with my daughter. There's talk of trouble on our streets with teenagers talking about a purge. It won't be like the film, obviously, but there could be scary stuff and fireworks aimed along streets. And, what with all this stupid clown crap going on (we've had a van visiting local secondary schools with one jumping out and scaring the students), we're thinking of giving it a miss this year.
I don't mind scary costumes and being scared, but knives and fireworks I'm not prepared to let children be confronted by. |
