Listening to albums, not just one or two tracks, the whole album as the artist intended, as I was taught to do by my musical mentor, who was my moms best friends husband, he taught me to really listen, not just to riffs, but bass lines, beats, backing vocals, the whole thing, I can get myself totally immersed in the music, a great gift from a great man

Jumping on Xbox and playing elite dangerous. it's ment to be relaxing, but is likely the most infuriating game I've ever played!! Loved original when I was a kid and this version drives me just as nuts.

Also if I really need to chill I goto gym. Lifting weights makes the world vanish, though all the tight yoga pants clad ladies, end up making me feel horny
