i have lean steak.. home made fat free chips.... tomato.. grilled mushrooms and salad. Followed by meringue ( made with sweetner not sugar) fresh strawberries and raspberries and fat free greek style Strawberry yogurt.. ( think eaton mess style)

I love mine they are great

Put it on in the morning before work and you have a nice hot meal ready when you get home

Cooking is definitely more fun if there are two of you in the kitchen..

Its nice to have someone enjoy the fruits of the labour too. Feels a bit lost when It's just for yourself

mash steak and carrots with gravy the steak has been slowed cooked all day and it separates as you cut it .

smells gorgeous as you walk in the door and makes your mouth water.
