Could someone enlighten me as to why someone id like to message,who has tv/ts listed on profile who they want to hear from,has a block on stopping someone from my sex messaging them  |

Just dont get how this place is ment to work...
Just seen a status update on my updates page for someone
(1)in my local area
(2)looking for cd/tv on their 'looking for' list
(3)status update reads "love watching shemale porn"
But i cant message them as they have blocked everyone of my sex ? ?  ! |

So if i was to invite them as a friend that gets round the filter block ?
Dont like to send out random friends invites till chatted via a few messages,only polite to do so |

When you think you know how the game works, they change up the rules.
This site is bit like a bag of tools - you make of it what you will and you can use them in you own fashion. Sure, there are 'hard limits' of what you can and cannot do, couple with some ideological rules on what constitutes 'good' behaviour but beyond that, its pretty much 'do what you whilst'.
Folk play the game how they want to play it - all you can do is find like-minded people who play the game your way. The meeting of minds and all that.
Accepting that upwards of 90 percent of people n here don't play the game how you do leads to far better results, because you simply focus on those that do. |

I have all filters up presently. I have enough people I'm currently chatting to. That might be the case here. I would just pop them on my hotlist and see if the filters are lifted in a few days |

They may already have enough people they are currently in contact with/friends with and an ad is the quickest and easiest way to let them all know they are free for a meet |

As it says in my post...they have shown up on my local updates page,so yes they are local to me,15miles drive away at most,this profile i have not searched for,their status update showed up on news feed / updates page. |

Maybe it is but I could put a meet up for people on my friends list and anyone not on it would not be able to message. I'm not teasing them, I'm simply seeing who of my friends might be interested without having to message them individually. Maybe this is what this guy has done, who knows but if you find you cannot message someone then move on, its no big issue. |
