11 minutes would cremate toast, maybe that's for something else you can make in a toaster?

The longer the toast is in the browner it gets. The dial is a form of timer but it works on heat penetrating a strip of metal. It's far too crude to be calibrated to the nearest minute.

It's his Spinal Tap toaster.

11 is for beans on toast

It would be nice if someone could produce one that toasts both sides evenly at the same time, instead of having to pop it up and turn the bread round

I have one that boils an egg while it is making toast.

My toaster makes tea as well, she is such a multi-skilled maid

The numbers are a timer, but it's not minutes... Some go up really high which is just a fire risk if it were minutes!!

Problem with the note 7 is the curve on the battery, so toasting it bends it back the other way. So essentially fixes the phone

We need feedback on:

1. Numbers Vs Minutes

2. Does it do cheese on toast properly

3. Can it boil an egg.

4. Does it Fix Samsungs

5. Eveness one side to other

Mine has helpful advice on the dial....

9......use this setting to test your smoke alarm is functioning

10....check your health insurance, burnt toast is carcinogenic

11...check your buildings insurance for fire cover

12...at least you will have saved on crematorium fees.

I'm sure toaster manufacturers pour serious money into market research but you'd have thought one if them would've noticed an average slice doesn't fit by now!

On a similar note I paid extra for a wide one specially designed to be not quite wide enough for crumpets....

My first job when I left school was punching all the little holes in crumpets
