I finally managed to get a lady off here to have a social meet with me last weekend we meet in a pub I brought some drinks for us the banter and laughs were great we had something to eat then the end of the night shes said to me thanks for a good night but im only looking for black men to be honest imnot bbothered about the money why not just say from the start I would of still enjoyed her company never the less |

Sounds very bad manners, should of at least offered to pay half the bill.
She's no lady and indicative of her behaviour in general no doubt.

Maybe it was an excuse, and it was the only excuse she could come up with. Perhaps she felt saying 'you have the personality of a chairleg' was going to be insulting? |

I think that's why profiles are so important ( even though 90% of guys don't read them grrrr) gives ppl guidelines of what they are looking for so u don't get endless time wasting convos  |

Was there an expectation of sex following the social? It seems very harsh of her to say that but as others have said, she may have not wanted to take it further for whatever reason and just came up with that. Personally though, I'd have just thanked you for a lovely evening and said goodbye. |

To be honest with you there was and there wasnt she said if we click but I dont see how she could say that if she only attracted to black men if she just wanted a night out I would rather she just said that |

Obviously we only have one side of the story here and from what you've said I think she wasn't into you (for whatever reason) to want to take it further and maybe thought she had to come up with some sort of excuse when really, she didn't. If someone didn't want to take a social further then I would know its because they weren't into me and I wouldn't need a reason. I can see why you think you were done over but if there was the possibility of sex not happening as you say then I guess just take it on the chin and move on. At least you had a nice evening otherwise. |

I could be totally wrong (it's been known) but maybe she wasn't into you but didn't want to give you any hope to cling onto. By saying she's going to look for a black guy then it's something you can't possibly be or hope to become. So many men when rejected because they're not quite your type etc will try to convince you that they can become your type! She's not leaving you with that possibility. x |
