To learn or do?
I'd like to learn to speak Italian. Such a beautiful language.
I'd like to learn to play the piano. Always appealed to me.
And I'd like to learn to ride a motorbike, because I'm a bit of a rebel!

How to flirt. Woeful at it.
Learn some languages. Gave them up at school. Really regret it.
Properly get into Astromomy rather than the superficial like of it I have now |

I'm with Dan on the flirting thing...or more like having the confidence to do it.
Learning a musical instrument would be good too...not sure which but always regretted messing around and not bothering with my piano lessons when I was a kid.
Some sort of drama/acting lessons...again always used to enjoy acting when I was a kid but it kind of fell by the wayside as I grew up.
