"Does anyone have any idea when this will be responsible released?
It should be this month."
The replacement has been recalled as well due to batteries still exploding so I wouldn't hold your breath.
In fact, since Samsung have seriously fucked up for the second time, anyone considering buying one might want to reassess their options. |

"Hope they sort this out. Got about 6 months tI'll I'm due an upgrade. Was going to get another Galaxy Note. Currently have a Note 4.

Note 4 is what I have and I love it. 5 wasn't released in UK and they skipped 6 and went to 7.
I don't like apple products so won't get an iPhone |

The news report I heard said they'd recalled all note 7's and have ceased production..
seems a sensible decision given the fix for the exploding battery hasn't worked .. shame I gotta say I liked the look of it |

That's arguably the best Note still. The Note 2 was good it created poor sales for the 3. The Note 4 still has interchangeable batteries.
I've ha my nite for nearly 5 yrs and will replace it with a Note 4.
Note 7 has been officially taken off production and all users have been requested by Samsung to switch them off and do not use. That is the official statement by Samsung today. All suppliers have been told to remove out of circulation and return them back. This is after the new replacement batch have also been catching fire.
The Note 8 is currently being tested but won't be released for a few months.
Hope that helps |

Or alternatively buy something superior and non combustable on planes, like an iPhone "
Not yet on the plane but apparently 5 iphone 7s have exploded....I do like my Samsung Note 2 and will probably still have it in 2 yrs time unless I can get an unlocked Note 4 at the right money. |
