Been entrusted with my niece and nephew for the night,in bed all quiet,sound I thought,time to chill,sat down,got comfy,then some fucking halfwit walks down the street giving it max volume with a creepy laugh,stops,turns,loOKs then carries on,he gone but kids awake and scared silly now,any idear how to calm being a complete novice....apart from batter the teat. ..cheers |

idk, i'd give them cuddles, get them back in bed, tck them in.
then i would try and tell/read them a story that would make them laugh and hope forget about the creepy clown.
if that doesn't work i'd have them come watch tv/imnternet and fall asleep on the sofa where they feel safe coz an adult is around. |

Oh God I have a fear of clowns!
As others have said it's all about distraction and letting them know they are safe. Put happy thoughts in their heads instead of creepy clowns! |
