How can ladies who are that size open their legs to let you in? 
I bet her fanny crack starts just below her knees
No doubt some guys will find this a turn on, but not for me though.
Seriously though, I do agree with an earlier poster who says that she should pay for her own medical care, but more to the point, how do you help someone who quite clearly is intent on self harming, because that is how I see someone who intentionally overeats to get bigger |

Deluded, she actually thought she was sexy. I know there are guys called "feeders" as they used to be on a bbw website i went on that was american based.

Watched it at work and couldn't believe it. Now I am all for positive self image and all that bit there comes a time when you have to say enough is enough!
As some of you might guess I am a larger lady  I have a fairly good self image now but I would not want to get any bigger than I am! To see her struggle to walk from her bedroom to the sofa where she has to sit on a towel presumably because she sweats so much she sticks to the thing was horrible

I went up 24 stone due to meds i found that hard enough to cope with, thank fully they came up with something new and have gone done to 15ish
She must need so much looking after
people fetching carry etc.
