Did you heat it first? Eating next day rice can be bad for you, I can't remember the exact name of rice bacteria, stafacockadoodlia or something like that, it's in my head I just can't spell it.

Rice should only be reheated once and with take away food it probably has been reheated already.

Botulism, and its only bad if you don't warm your rice through thoroughly, and keep reheating it (its bad in Asia because they use rice cookers, which never kills the bacteria).

To respond to the OP, any leftover takeaway is mandatory for breakfast next day. My favourite is pizza.

As far as I'm concerned that's standard procedure, I don't have takeaways often but the Chinese by me is amazing so every time I do I know I've got breakfast taken care of too

Fried rice will have already been reheated once you are increasing the risk of Bacillus cereus in the rice and salmonella, staphylococcus aureus. Cloostridum perffingens in the chicken.

You could also get csmpylabacter.

So if you want to have te reheated chicken with rice go for it.

Just make sure if re heating you te heat to about 80'c

Playing the devils advocate, yes it is so wrong eating chinese from breakfast.

You want a traditional english breakfast which includes baked beans, bacon, eggs, sausages, hash browns, black pudding and fried tomatoes mmmmmm

If you don't have that on Sunday you're a bad person. And I don't care if you're vegitarian or have other dietry needs lol

"Bacillus cereus! Nearly there! "

Exactly why I'm a bit refrigeration mad, any left overs go straight in the fridge.

It's bacillus cereus in rice.

Staphylococcus is skin and wound infections.

All food should only be reheated once, especially meat.
