swinging can be done in so many ways, I meet cpls who dont really like the whole scene, i turn up have a drink a laugh then we shag....done and thats that(and sometimes i get to go back), hardly call a 3some a party!!! |

Course it can but to specifically state that you're not into swinging, on a swinging site just made me giggle.

lol yeah i know sounds bizarre, but there are some who VERY rarely use the site VERY rarely meet, they really dont class themselves as swingers, I might get a call from them in a few months and they say theyhavent met anyone, dont want verified dont leave verifies...altho i sometiime get the pics or vids of the action lol

It is an age old question but i suppose the answer may be down to them being voyeurs or exhibitionists. There are also some Bullshitters as well who don't actually meet anyone and have the odd verification going back to the ark about a long lost phone call. However aren't swingers supposed to be open minded , liberated or welcoming? Well maybe i exaggerate on the last 3 assumptions. |

I don't think the OP was demonstrating that she wasn't any of those things. She was just commenting in a tongue in cheek way on something that surprised her. Nor was anyone else being unpleasant about it. |

This also came up in general chatroom a couple of days ago.....a woman said she wasn't a swinger/doesn't swing and someone else (another woman) asked why then had she chosen to join a swinging site. Never did get an answer. Must say I do find it a bit strange.....but hey ho....room for everyone I guess  |

I respect everyones choices, and I'm not holding certain types of swingers above eachother...but here goes:-
dont believe all u read in a persons profile, their wants likes and needs sometimes change, whether its the self confessed chatter to the ppl who dont like playing on cam/watching playing.the swinger who will only meet for coffee like a date, those who dont meet smokers...the list goes on.
Ive sat with the friends I've met and discussed(some of us do like a natter no matter how short lol)-but discussed this meeting for coffee..like a first date....Can only say I've never met for coffee, and I have pretty much "swung" on the first meet...I dont know if this comes from normally being seen on cam,understanding the verification systems plus points, networking with eachother or the ppl i've met are just rampant swingers and say fuck it, lets shag lol
Oh and I for one seem to appear to be going to less and less of the social events...I like a house party(one where u can bring yer own drink-or sponge lol)of course I still like the clubs as u really have a mixed bag of new people to meet.

I was the woman Chezza is referring to in the post above (no not the one who doesnt swing, my arse has well and truely been abused lol). I did find it bizarre that the woman when being asked to meet said she didnt swing. I mean I think she meant it in the way that she didnt meet full stop in any shape or form. So yes I am puzzled as to why someone would join a swinging site not to swing. Its a bit like HPC joining the Lurpack forum with her distaste for butter |

We are very into swinging, just clubs and parties (partys?) are not our thing, each to their own, we just prefer the intimate nature of meeting couples in private. Does that mean we are not swingers?? |

Possibly they want to cam ,i know a couple who do the most amazing outdoor flashing pics,and she will be naughty on webcam,but they tried a meet once and hated it.
