Hospital paying volunteers to be intimately examined

It appears that a Swindon teaching hospital is offering to pay men to allow trainee doctors and nurses to practice their intimate examination techniques on them.

I'm thinking the hospital is missing a trick here and all it needed to do was find the right group of fetishists and they could get all the volunteers they needed for free. But then I guess they may need volunteers that are less aroused during the procedures.
