So it seems as though the former head of Southern Cross is finally on her way out. After being forced to step down from her role as CEO, Katrina Percy was given a job, created especially for her, on the same salary, with no other candidates. She has now stepped down from that role, but amazingly is still leaving with a full years salary of £250,000!
If you were rubbish at your job, would your employer treat you the same way? |

"I am in total shock but I agree with on this, its a disgrace " I'd like to say I'm in total shock but.... I'm afraid it's pretty much standard practise amongst nhs, local government big wigs

I meant I was shocked by the fact I agreed with the OP .The fact she had a big pay was no shock at all |

This happens because the public allow it, we sit back and bury our heads in the sand, if people united against such things, they would soon stop, especially local government
one sure fact is, she wont be handing it back or turning it down |
