I think they are - they make the meat so melt-in-your-mouth. Also I just like the way they look. But I got mine on a special offer. I wouldn't pay more than £30 for one. |

I don't think so, but then I would only use it about once or twice a month, I usually use a wok with a lid or a casserole, as long as you follow the ingerdients list carefully I can't see how the traditional vessel would make a difference to our taste buds???
But then maybe I am wrong, xxxxx |

I have a small one and the food when cooked is amazing.
I got mine from off the net and it was handmade in morroco..
came with a diffuser for use on most cookers and loads of morrocan spices.
The hairy bikers have one and its blue...i so want that tagine.
Looks great when placed on the table for guests. |
