Yes. You'll want to use the products specifically designed for it - have a look at the westward bound website and the products they sell for latex maintainance.

Halford silicon lubricant (in a red can) works great been using it for years cheaper than all the specialist stuff, spray it on and polish with lint free micro fiber cloth |
