Fake Couples Profiles

I know it's all been said before - but fakes really have ruined this site - it's become a joke trying to arrange a meet. You report the fakes - and they are still there weeks later - yes, yes I`ve blocked them but why leave them on here to just waste others' time all over again?? |

Yes - and I note you only meet men - beginning to think that it's only the single men that are actually real on here - it really is sad otherwise - sorry  |

I just watch out for the usual signs of a fake couples profile and avoid them. Lots of our meets are in clubs as well, so if the couples are fake it doesn't matter as much. Keep trying, OP. There are plenty of real and fun couples out there   |

I understand your frustration but I guess it's difficult to remove these accounts from the site - it's your word against theirs.
I mean I could say you agreed to meet me but never turned up - totally untrue of course but it would be grossly unfair if you were then removed from from the site so reporting 'fakes' could be open to abuse.
It's frustrating and a waste of valuable time - but I guess all you can do is block, delete and be vigorous in selection procedures going forwards |

I completely agree with you and I've had my fair share of them too. 
A few days ago, I started a thread where I made what I thought would be a positive suggestion to try and combat this problem; But my words seemed to fall on deaf / apathetic ears.

Here is an explanation from Admin from another thread on how they deal with reports.
******Just a quick note. If people report others and we can verify that they have broken site rules, we always take action (either a first and final warning, partially suspended account, fully suspended, mixture of the above).
Every single report sent via the REPORT link is reviewed. Clearly it's not in our interests to have people on here who are bad for the site. Equally we need to verify what has been reported and be fair to those who have been reported.

PS. we never provide feedback on what has happened. It's just not practical given that we get 100s of reports a day.
Here is what the page says after a report has been submitted:

A website admin will shortly review your feedback and take the necessary action. After reviewing the evidence available to us, we may disable an account, remove a user, disable certain aspects of that user's account or issue a warning.
