I don't think I ever want to retire. I want to find a job I am happy with and work til I die. Preferably I'd die back home in nyc, but I dont think I'll ever have enough money to buy a shoebox on the corner there. |

"Definitely Cornwall, somewhere like Polperro.
I would live in Cornwall too and I love Polperro, they have a great sweet shop there "
Have to put up with bumping into Richard and Judy though! |

If I finally can retire when I get the nicest post I'm looking for,I'd stay where I am but I'd love to go to Truro,it's weirdly been the one place I've always wanted to go to ever since I was in my 20s and still never been, but also I don't want to move locations per say,but just get my free bus pass if able and do a lot of trips |

(Nessa)
The Highlands in a wee cottage.
Lovely fire place and one spring day some hikers find our bones on a lovely mountain top or in the forest still holding my mushroom basket.
Getting closer...

For me (M) I'd say UK would be Norfolk. Love the place and the people are lovely too. Abroad I'd love India or Indian ocean area. P would probably say the same for UK but abroad would be America. |

I have the privilege of living in a quiet, semi rural village on the south coast. Can't see myself leaving ever, 5 mins to work, plenty local shops and nearby takeaways. Not far from the city of Brighton & Hove, but can go weeks without going there,
Yep, happy where I am |

Where I live now, on my boat. Only I'd be able to untie the ropes and be out for months at a time seeing (very slowly at 4mph) the whole country. Looking forward to it |
