Ok here goes, I really need to get some weight off. I've been running (ok, jogging if I'm honest) on and off for a few years but now want to make more of an effort. Problem? It bloody kills my ankles! I don't run on hard surfaces either, there's plenty of places to run off road round here.
Any advice welcome. |

Yep, get yourself to a proper running shop, hair analysis and buy the best runners for you! I probate badly and have supportive runners that correct my foot position and the pain has gone away |

Pauls a runner- it turned out his ankles were rolling and causing him knee damage. So he went to the GP and the GP referred him to physio and he now wears orthotics in his shoes which have dealt with the issue |
