Currently having some fun at work with a couple of ladies (not together I'm afraid), but things are starting to get a little awkward, as they both enjoy bitching about the other one to me as their boss, gonna have to run for the hills if they ever find out about what I'm doing, anyone else been in similar situation, if so any advice?  |

As a manager you create working relationships, not friendships or relationships, based on respect and professionalism, and a working environment where people can be given trust and responsibility to work without interference.
Boundaries are set from day one.
How the fuck are you supposed to achieve anything like that by fucking the staff?
I don't know if you report in to anyone, but if you do then you're a selfish, fucking idiot. Not only are you not doing your job, but you're in a position now where your staff can't do theirs. You've not only put your job at risk, but theirs. |

This is true (I once employed Mrs ddc as a temp so I could win the "sex in the most places at work" competition  ),
except in your case OP I have only ever known it to end badly.
Better to leave on your terms now, than wait for one of them , or one of the others, to drop you in it.

I think is disgraceful,as a boss ,you should be the example! You are the one causing trouble in the work place!
One of the number one reasons I love to go work ,is a good environment and good relationship between my colleagues.
Sex shouldn't rule our life! Shame on you!Responsibility should come first ,not the fun! |
