I wouldn't like to be robbed, let alone robbed at gunpoint.
I think the whole kardashian empire is a total cockwomble, but wouldn't wish something like that to happen.
But I'm sure they will find a way to play on what's happened and cash in on it. |

But she'd been flaunting the jewellery all over social media ans her body gaurd was out with her sister. My guess is anyone that follows her sister via social media would have more than likely seen photos of them together.

While no one should be at the end of a gun I think the message should be that in today's social media mad world living your life through it can leave you open to such things.
Be it celebrity or Joe blogs posting so much about your belongings/address/whereabouts /vacations means the unscrupulous people are being handed opportunities on a plate!

I'm no fan of her or her family, but I wouldn't wish such a terrifying ordeal upon anyone. Personal opinions aside (yes I think the woman's a waste of space and can't fathom why she has such a huge fan base), she must have been absolutely petrified, she probably feared for her life.
She must be a smart woman to have amassed such a fortune with no talent, but criminal mastermind? I doubt it. |

I don't know much about them but bloody good for them for earning millions for doing fuck all.
I agree that many fuckwits post their movements on facebook/ social media/ here so it's nothing new. Insurance companies have stated they may not pay out if people are dumb enough to advertise the fact they are going on holiday and leaving their house unoccupied.
She doesn't deserve to have this happen though. To be robbed at gunpoint and have the fear of possible sexual assault is horrific.  |

Other than the headlines I'm not familiar with the story but like others have said, she's someone's mum, wife, sister and daughter and regardless of the glitz it's not a pleasant situation to have found herself in.
She can travel with as much as she wants and should be able to do so safely. It's like saying a rape victim had it comIng because her skirt was too short or she had to much to drink. Im just glad no one was harmed in the incident.

We are always warned if leaving valuables in display etc because unscrupulous people might want to have what is not theirs. I don't leave my phone or purse on display in my naff car in my quiet village because when I've left bags in my car they have been nicked.
Yes, in some utopia world we could walk down the road dripping in tiffin diamonds and not have to worry about being mugged but that world does not exist and the only person ultimately responsible for your safety and the security of your possessions is you.
I am not saying anyone deserves what they get. Those who think they can go around taking what isn't theirs are despicable individuals and I hope that they are caught and suitably punished but people do need to stop thinking that they are untouchable. |

"Other than the headlines I'm not familiar with the story but like others have said, she's someone's mum, wife, sister and daughter and regardless of the glitz it's not a pleasant situation to have found herself in.
She can travel with as much as she wants and should be able to do so safely. It's like saying a rape victim had it comIng because her skirt was too short or she had to much to drink. Im just glad no one was harmed in the incident.
