Sometimes it's just nice to brew a cuppa, sit back, put your feet up and just people watch. It's a psychologists dream isn't it, watching how people interact with each other and the games they play
Always fun 'out and about' in public but almost as much fun online and on social media and the forums etc.
Anyone else like to people watch?
I love watching the elaborate games that play out on the Fab forums for example ..

I love people watching as I am genuinely interested in how people behave, why they do certain things etc.
My favourite is at airports when you see family members returning and you know they haven't seen each other for a long time, it's really lovely.
as for the forums, they mostly have me baffled. |

All the time.
I used to do it professionally and now do it for amusement.
If I'm bored at a function, I'll go around the room judging whether I think each individual would be a good or bad shag, based on demenour, interactions, posture &c.
If I'm *really* bored, I'll make up back stories for these people passing by.

In my experience it's what cunts do. "Oh I simply LOVE to people watch! It makes me feel SO superior!". "I sip my coffee, smirk at how awful they are, before leaving my copy of the Guardian for the homeless to use as a blanket, I'm kind like that you see...." |

I really enjoy people watching, I used to make up little stories about where they were going and what they'd been up to earlier in the day, but now I'm happy to just sit back and watch |

Lol, you beat me to it.
I like to people watch too, seeing as the human race confuses me. To quote Temple Grandin I feel like an anthropologist on Mars. |

ha there's that side of people watching for sure!
It's not all about a superiority thing though - far from it - sometimes it's just fascinating.
View called it excellently earlier - the pure joy in seeing families reunited at an airport arrivals lounge. Contrast with the scenes in the departures hall. Humanity and emotions laid bare! |

I've no problem being a cunt.
I don't watch people because I think they're aweful, I just think they're intriguing. Noticing trends is what I find most interesting.
Anyway, I'm not leaving any homeless people my Guardian, either. I read it on my phone and that could get expensive |

The forums are like a soap opera.
I wish someone would do an Omnibus cos I really can't be arsed to scroll through and find out
who is shagging who/
who left/
who came back after 10 minutes away/
who wants to fuck who/
who blocked who..... |

And which otherwise intelligent seeming posters lose their fucking minds at the merest suggestion they might get laid by someone. |

I do it all the time.
Usually to work out what their stories are.
Funniest ones is watching to random people where one is usually attempting to flirt with the other but the other is completely oblivious to it.
I'm sat there thinking ffs...way to screw that up pal. |

Yes that's an eye opener for sure. |

A lot of my job involves understanding how people work and what makes them tick. Certain things they do almost subconsciously and how they perceive the world around them.
I don't spend a great deal of time people-watching as I'm usually too busy but it is very interesting. |
