Why get aggressive if you don't get a reply?

After hearing the same scenario again and again from different women on here , I would really like to know how and why people think it's im to get aggressive with someone when they don't reply? When has ever someone being nasty or aggressive on fab got them the person they desired? Why do they it? |

It's probably people throwing their toys out of the pram to get the feeling they get the "last word". childish and immature to be honest and only reinforces the reason the person didn't reply in the first place. |

My latest aggressive reply to a very polite thanks but not for me was "Ha, ha, says the fat minger!#IRONIC. Oh, and I'm way brighter than you love..."
When I first started getting them they actually bothered me, now they just make me hit the block button and I feel sorry for them. I mean, clearly I am fat but how they've determined I'm a "minger" without having seen any pictures is beyond me. There are some incredibly sensitive people in the world, who probably shouldn't be on sites like this if they can't handle the rejection, because that's all it is, an immature reaction, trying to cause some of the hurt back that you've caused them by saying no. |

In the short time we've been here we've had two abusive replies so I'm not complaining as I've sent more abusive replies to some of the shit opening messages we receive.  |

I didn't answer a message and was added to a guys naming and shaming "time waster" list on his profile. I wouldn't have even noticed if i hadn't mentioned to a friend about his ranty message and then she checked out his profile. Must have had 25/30 names on it. Obviously reported and admin have dealt with it quickly. Beggars belief  |

I don't think we've had anyone get agressive with us on Fab. Quite a few that were a bit pushy (couples and singles men) thus making it difficult for us to politely decline. But not rude or agressive. Thankfully that hasn't happened yet.

In the many years we have been on fab we have only had one nasty message in reply to our thanks but no thanks message. We actually found it amusing and just blocked, the majority of people thank us for replying |

I'd be interested in how much of k issue this actually is. I know it happens but most people aren't arseholes and do respect others wishes without getting abusive or aggressive.

I'm not convinced this happens as much as people make out, not on an unprovoked basis anyway. I've only ever had one or two shitty responses to a 'no thanks' message. If I don't reply it's more because I can't be arsed than because I think I'm going to get aggro. |

Most of they nasty meggages I've had have been if I've answered when they've said 'why not?' to a thanks but no thanks. Now if I'm not interested in just block and avoid the problem. |

Probably the women and couples being aggressive in their response. "You ugly fucker I wouldn't fuck you if you were the last man on earth!!!" and similar type mails no doubt have a knock on effect. |
