Near midnight..
40 something year old lady comes up to me and goes i quote "Son hows your wanking hand doing?"
I go dafuq?!
She hands me 8pints of double cream,huge bowl and a massive whisk.. and goes "ill check back on you in 15 minutes"..
God damn merangues for 300 something crew to go on break soon.. weirdest place ive worked at lol.. |

I've been trying to perfect the chefs toss for a while now. 
Definitely all in the wrist and having a good non stick pan.
