Mmmm yum.
I made a cake for the macmillan trust coffee morning at work yesterday. I won star baker and we raised a few hundred pound with the selling of the cakes my colleagues had made.
I made a chocolate mousse cake with blueberry and raspberry topping and a shaking of icing sugar and some mint for effect along with a chocolate lace collar which i melted then cooled and place round the outside. First time i tried this cake and it was perfect. It went down very well.
