Fridge looks sparse this morning, the only breakfast type items are eggs. So do I scramble? Poach? Omelette? Or head down the cafe?!

Add some Parmesan and sounds ideal. I can still hit my run after that

That could work too. Little more difficult to dip but where there's a will......

How do you like your eggs in the morning? I like mine with a kiss. Boiled or fried I'm satisfied as long as I get my kiss.

(Can't believe no one said that yet!)

Central

Soft runny yolks win always. I'll have poached or fried. Morrisons struggle to get soft eggs right, for some dumb reason. Scrambled as my third choice.

If scrambled they have to be buttery, underdone- none of this rubbery stuff.

Poached have to have a runny yolk as do boiled. Not a big fan of fried- too greasy.

Had toasted English muffins poached eggs and crisp bacon for breakfast yesterday and it was the canine undercarriage!

My fave way of cooking eggs is mixed with cottage cheese and bake in the oven, few fresh tomatoes added for good measure
