KI is more mind game heavy with the combo and counter breaker system. When Injustice 2 hits that'll be us for a looking time. |

You know what? Injustice being on the same engine that MKX is actually failed to amuse me. Not a big fan of this engine, but MKX gives you all the gore to compensate it. I prefer more fluid fighting mechanics of the SF series even though the last one is a bit of a disappointment to say the least. I mean no Sagat? After playing him for so many years what am I supposed to do? Go fuck myself? Then again it's not such a bad idea  |

I don't like where this thread is going, but it's partially my fault as by competitive video game playing I've meant fighting games in particular. After all how long one can stay glued to the ceiling without eventually falling down on his ass. |

Hated SFIV and how badly Capcom ripped people off. V looks like an utter disaster and does nothing for us. Killer Instinct for more fun, has a wider range of strategy involved and such a distinct group of characters that it wins hands down for us.
Found MKX to be perfectly fluid and Injustice, while bot gory, will feature more ott transitions and metahuman violence than before. I'm just hoping for Red Hood in there. |

Played WoT for years, but then Warships came out and now that's pretty much all I play!  If you like Tanks you'll enjoy Warships. Gameplay is a bit slower paced but it's exactly the same, just with big hulking powerful warships lobbing shells at each other from 20km away.
Odd bit of BF4 every now and again though. I'm the 19th best player in the Bournemouth region apparently |

Want to play warships but don't have a PC. Played tanks for years on PC then it broke down. Started on Xbox 360 then onto the one. Took me a little while to adjust to a controller but now id say I'm as good as I was on PC.
WOT is classed as competitive as it has a league. |

I used to game. It stopped overnight for me. Not even a transition, more of a revolation that I hadn't played a true original game since the PS2 era. I'm just playing reloaded games, like watching tv on Dave. Repeats. |

There is a lot of originality in gaming today if you look outside the AAA market. If anything the PS2 era is known more for copy/paste games and cheap rip offs.

Didn't really enjoy the Tiger. The grind for the upgraded engine was so long, and with the base engine the machine moved like a pregnant yak The King Tiger on the other hand
I got up to the Chinese tier X heavy and then Warships came out and switched to that. Oh and they nerfed arty and my little SU-5 was rendered useless which also put me off the game  |

Last I checked I was about 35k mark. I was impressed I was that high up lol as I still class myself as an average player.
My mates were in the 300k and 400k mark |

I play world of warcraft but the girl I'm seeing said if I ever get addicted to it again shes throwing my computer out the window.
I think I need to put a heavy reinforced lock on my man cave just in case she gets any ideas.
I haven't buy wow legion yet though. Having my computer destroyed is like the same thought of loosing my manhood. |

Ya I was the same but with guild wars 2 I still play the game but I am going out more now lol. Get a big lock, and a encryption lock lol and steel plate the back of the door. Then chain the pc to the desk. |

My little bro is a super smash bros mlg, but I prefer story games, such as RE4 and Fallout. If there was a competitive way to play I'd so be there! On the whole online multiplayer games either stress me out or piss me off. |

Loved playing Navyfield it was awesome for the time. Never did get around to learning to Manual aim so stuck to cruisers,battle cruisers, destroyers, subs and Aircraft Carriers lol

Both big gamers here.
Beard uses to do MLG Call Of Duty, but who didn't. Metal Gear Solid and Skyrim are big favourites at the moment.
Vixen is a big fan of Fallout and Mass Effect, and currently working her way through Bioshock. |

A fee years ago I was trying to get the WR for Secret Agent/Sly Spy. Put in hours of practice. Was getting close to the second highest score. Then the website that judges all WT attempts disappeared.
