I think this is from the st Trinian fancy dress look back in the 80's with the short skirt, ripped tights, hair in bunches and white blouse untucked and knotted at the front.
In fact, I am now having a pretty good recollection of my big sis's mates turning up to go to a fancy dress... Always did fancy Tracey..

i cant stand the feeling of tights. they do nothing but make me sweat in places id prefer to not be smelly lol. stockings yeah.. nothing with a nylon gusset for me . |
