Watched a programme last night.
A woman with an extraordinary sense of smell can detect parkinsons disease...............
Apparently she can smell it exuding in the sebum of sufferers.
Scientists are developing an early warning system based on results of testing patients.
She was asked to smell the clothes of people with and without the disease.
She got one wrong.....but she didn't because the person got diagnosed with having it a year later
What an amazing gift to have.

Wasn't it.
Amongst all the war, death, killing, and hatred, things like this is oxygen for the soul.
It really is remarkable, just sad she had to lose her husband in the process. |

I thought that too but then I often think like that. We get bombarded by so much negative crap on a daily basis, usually based around how we're destroying ourselves in some way. This was definitely one of those "breath of fresh air" moments. Something good. |

Yeah I think it's pretty astonishing really. She went to a meeting after her husband was diagnosed and said to him "all these people smell the same as you"
she's like a walking "miracle"
It paves the way for future discovery without any need for man to play god.
Now back to the who's got the hairiest pussy and anyone up for kik fun threads |
