(Nessa)

I thought I would share two of my favourite massage oil recipes

Based on 50 ml base oil such as Jojoba, avocado, hazelnut walnut and so on….

I like Jojoba. (Its more a fluid wax)

So 50ml Base oil mixed with the 20 drops of essential oils. Shake/mix really good and start your massage.

(please make sure that the oils are natural and can be used on the skin. If you have allergies you should know so don’t use this.)

Gates of Heaven

8 drops of Ylang Ylang oil

3 drops geranium oil

1 drop jasmine oil

5 drops bergamot oil

1 drop vanilla oil

Lost in Love

8 drops of Ylang Ylang oil

3 drops geranium oil

1 drop vanilla oil

5 drops sandalwood oil

2 drops jasmine oil

1 drop tonka bean oil

these are two lovely mixes, if they interest you there are many books and online articles about making your own massage oils.

If you have a nice recipe please post it and share. I am always willing to learn.

Brighton - even Hove!

I've had a sensual massage using solid coconut oil. It's solid at room temperature and melts at skin temperature and absorbs quickly and it very slippy.

I've noted the oils but I think the mix might be too flowery and sweet for me.

Wow, never thought that but can understand.

I dont use a lot of the oil when I massage, just enough to let the hands glide over the body with some warmth from the friction of skin on skin.

As I work it in, the smell dissipates (or I get use to it)

If you have a favorite mix, or thought I would love to hear it.

kisses

One of the body shop massage oils (the relaxing one, I think) smells just like the aromatherapy oils used by clarins for their massage.

Not in the same league as your home made stuff, but it's nice

As long as you like it and your partner does too.

Sometimes the easiest are the best.

here comes a witch tip:

What is the larges sex organ of a woman?

Answer: Her skin. If you master her skin, you master the woman.

Neroli - smells quite strong but the smell changes after a while and it becomes much more subtle.

Rather less subtley, I think I want someone to massage chocolate over my skin. A wispa bar.

Okay....wrote that down too.

Chocolate is a wee problem, we both work in Nursing and chocolate on skin can have optical similarities to work.

So we stick to strawberry or vanilla.....
