So I am just about to take a sub that lives a fair distance from me. This is fine because I am going to have full control of her and what she does and she will blog back to me the results of what I ask her to do.
The reason I post here is because I want suggestions of things I can get her to do that are of varying levels of difficulty and kinkiness!

OP talk to her and find out what kind of things she's into. Humiliation.. being used.. being made to give pleasure.. orgasm denial... pain... ?
Think about the things you like and see if you have anything in common.
Maybe give her a task to find 3 porn site videos of things she'd want done to her. Tell her she can't touch herself while she's looking though. Bit of frustration for her plus you find out what she likes.

OP with out knowing more about your dynamic I can not help with tasks as the tasks must be tailored to yours and her tastes in my opinion .
all I can really say is think about what having her do will turn her and you on .engage both your minds to keep the dynamic interesting and fresh that also allows you to assert your control and authority over her . while you are not meeting .
