i loved rounders for that reason.. id hit it over the fence and leisurely walk around.. loved hockey till got thrown off for getting into a brawl with a rival schools captain.. ( happened to be my little sister as we refused to go to the same school)

Quite enjoyed netball too and rugby.

I was always chosen for netball, because of my height. I was sadly amazingly shit at it.

I love swimming, i might have been a dolphin in a former life.

I played hockey for school, town and county. Keep thinking about going back, but only ever get as far as googling teams.

Enjoyed basketball too but wasn't allowed to play after year 9. Some bollocks to do with having tits and the rest of the b'ball players having balls.

Kiss chase, but I was a plyr at school and had lots of girlfriends, used to line up round the back of the portocabin at break time to kiss me.

Which I obliged as long as they flashed their knickers.

Running, jav, hammer, discus all fantastic.

I secretly hankered after doing gymnastics as all the popular girls did it and showed off by doing backflips and proper cartwheels on the grass in Summer

I was in the football, cricket, basketball and hockey teams. Also did cross country, 800m and 1500m and triple and high jump. Single parent family so while mum worked until 6 I did whatever after school sport there was. Football was my fave until academy level then it became a job not pleasure so high jump became my favourite.

I successfully dodged games for 5 years at secondary school.

The irony was that I ended up in the school 'house' that was the best at sports. So I used to win quizzes for them and win house points in other ways so they tolerated me.

Found my old reports the other day - full of As/Bs for attainment, Cs for effort and the games was... 'Unable to grade... again.'

Used to love playing rugby at school and whilst not A team material used to play hooker (cue all the usual jokes!!) for the B team...was a great way to channel the aggression that the teenage me used to carry round.

Bizarrely also used to love cross-country, which was much reviled by most.....think it was just being able to lose yourself in thought while you ran

I enjoyed every sport at school. The only team I joined was cross country where I found out I had sciatica and dodgy knees at the age of 12. That was the end of my sporting life. I participated in PE as much as possible, but sat out when I couldn't. My favourite was tennis,I loved the thwack sound and feel of the racket in my hand. Wasn't great at gymnastics because of my not being flexible. I was probably best at netball and hockey.

I loathed all sports at school and did everything i could to get out of P.E

I used to forge my mum's signature and take a note in most weeks.

I only found a sport I enjoy 3 years ago when i took up boxing.

I wasn't a big football fan and still not a fan.

I played cricket for my secondary school and then later for my county.

Had a little dabble in hockey but got told off as I kept whacking the ball miles away.

Cross country was awesome and I used to ask to do it in my last couple of years at school. The teachers would sent you out and stay back in their office drinking coffee. Myself and my friends would run out of the school gate to my house a few doors away, sit and watch Neighbours then run back
