I guess that depends on the person / couple and their expectations and how the conversation goes. Some people will meet after one or two messages for a social others will take much longer. Gauge each situation individually and see how it goes......

It depends on the person. Some like a "so when are you free?" kind of arrangement and other love to have a conversation first

I like to sort out a social early on as if not it's pointless we are here to meet at the end of the day

We would say something like

"Can we tempt you for a drink sometime?" its non-pushy but its a good way to get onto making a meet happen

Oohh. I like to lay it on the line as soon as I know I both of us feel the same.

No use in wasting their time or mine.

But that's just me, i like people to be direct so I do the same.
