Uploading pic problems can anyone advise

We have a brand new laptop and have tried loading pics onto our profile without success all all we get from Fab is a message saying the file may be too big (above 250mb) but all we have is a few pics.

Anyone have any advice,

Sounds like you need to take lower resolution pics on your camera or somehow compact the file size.

If you Google "reducing photo file size" there's a number of useful techniques in the results to advise how best to do it.

Thanks but I dont think that will help as there are only about 15 pics in our picture file and we have already reduced the size of the pics.

Thanks but we cant get the file to open at all on the Fab pic upload page.....a message from Fab comes up saying the file may be too big but we only have a few pics in the file.

Try a single photo on your desktop. Use paint or similar program to reduce the size (data) of that image first.

It's not the file (folder) which is too big it's the individual file (picture) which is too big and needs to be reduced in pixels/size. X
