i just had a bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes - a few dried fruity things sprinkled in and a banana sliced over - cold milk - yummy

John Harvey Kellogg who was a bright but strange chap who had some innovative ideas.

He was totally against masturbation and actually invented cornflakes as a means to stopping self abuse.

And now he's mostly remembered for this tasty breakfast cereal.

And it works...no way you can have a wank without spilling all the milk!
