I'm a Southampton Fan.
I would LOVE to see Pochettino get it.
I know he's not English but his football is a fucking delight to watch and he knows the squad inside out. |

"Me,no TV has ever failed in football management "
I'll have a go, I've got management experience and I'm not a dodgy twat. And if they find out I'm a transvestite at least it'll be an appropriate scoop for the Sunday Sport |

"I have an extensive history playing Football Manager. I feel I'm more than qualified.
Are you corrupt enough?"
Fucking right I am. I've used some very underhand tactics to sign players. |

I just don't see anyone suitable who would want the job.... All the top managers already get millions a year and not the amount of press scrutiny and grief that comes with the England managers role..... Stuart Pearce is the only passionate Englishman out there who could and might want to take it on... I hope the FA gives him a shot at it... |

£3 million a year? what incentive is there to win? if i knew i was getting that in a year i wouldnt mind getting fired after 6months.
if they advertised with a low salary but huge performance bonus youll get a person who is keen for the right reasons.
rant over. as you were. |

Top Managers like Pep get 18m contracts, so like all international managers it will be someone who no longer has anything to offer, what about Harry no wait, he is even more fond of a bribe than Sam |

Good idea in theory.
The reality is, our players aren't good enough to have any success, so the performance bonus would never be paid out. |

How about something different, give a young, ambitious, English manager a chance instead of the same old faces with their old boy networks and corrupt ways.
A youngster with little experience is hardly gonna do much worse than we've had to put up with since the heady days of that summer of '96 |

Sean Dyche for me there's little point trying to out someone In charge who plays beautiful football etc as they don't have enough time with the players to get them to play the way they would like. What we need is someone who can out a bit of fire in them and tell them when there bot good enough and I for one sure as hell would not fuck with Dyche |

If Southgate performs well over the next couple of games I think they should stick with him it took Coleman 10 years to develop the Wales team and the FA need to have a different approach than the "get a big name in and expect successs" philosophy they have had as it hasn't worked over the last 20 years. It's also a safe bet that Southgate isn't involved in a lot of the corruption that still plagues the Premiership (more stories today on back handers). The Big Sam situation has turned England into a bit of a laughing stock; it has amongst the German fans I work with |

Why not just a reasonable salary and they do it for the pride of managing the country
And the footballs themselves should get expenses and that's it, they should be there through pride not just money
Or maybe withhold all pay unless you win the tournament? |
