Anyone ever had "Chronic Fatigue"
Scary stuff, trying to do to much in this crazy world hits back...hard and no cure!!
A lesson for us all...take time to chill folks if you can, big lesson for me xx |

I got told I had Crohn's disease last year and fatigue is the thing that brings me down the most
Some days I can't make it through the day without passing out on the sofa. I can deal with everything but the fatigue is what gets me |

Not crohns, but I have another condition that causes terrible fatigue. I've been off work for months with a spectacular flare up that's caused irreparable damage (need a transplant in near future). I can cope with it all but the fatigue. I sleep all the time yet feel no different!

It's a tiredness that is impossible to describe. The best I can manage is to say that it feels like gravity is twice as strong for me.
OP there is a lot of info on the web about things you can do, including dietary things.

Yup I've got fibro I call them my dead days cos I can't move a muscle not even my eyes. I just get in bed n stock my bedside table with meds fluids n food. Xxx |
