Morning! Monday was a bit pants but Tuesday is going to be good! I'm on a training course but with one of my best friends so will be fun. Then back to hers for coffee and I'm raiding her wardrobe as I have gone down 3 sizes and she's lost weight too! And tonight a have a social with a very sexy man  |

morning - still unwell - no work but a 3 hr training session to lough through - no idea what it about either - i will sniff sneeze sigh cough and choke my way through it  |
